2.1 The type of personal data collected varies depending on the product or service you use. We collect personal data beginning from when you create an account, place an order, subscribe to our service, or contact us. Data collected includes:

6.1 Some of our service providers, including Google (GA4), Meta, and TikTok, may process and store personal data on servers located outside Malaysia. Where personal data is transferred outside Malaysia, we take steps to ensure adequate safeguards are in place in accordance with the PDPA.

6.2 By using our website and services, you consent to the transfer of your personal data to the service providers listed in Section 5 as necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

7.1 We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel, and secure payment processing via ChipIn.

7.2 We retain personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Order and subscription data is retained for a minimum of seven (7) years for legal and accounting purposes. Affiliate commission and payout records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years. Marketing consent records are retained until consent is withdrawn.

7.3 In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in significant harm, Jintian will notify affected individuals as soon as reasonably practicable and take steps to contain and remediate the breach.
