These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of Nu-Prep ERX from Jintian Wellness Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202601024230 / 1686327-T) through this website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Jintian is the exclusive Malaysian distributor of Nu-Prep ERX, a herbal health supplement manufactured by Biotropics Malaysia Berhad, under a formal Distributorship Agreement.

Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are taking prescription medication, have a pre-existing condition (including kidney or liver conditions), or are otherwise uncertain whether this product is suitable for you.

Nu-Prep ERX is intended for adult use only. You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Nu-Prep ERX is registered with the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA). The product holds Halal certification from JAKIM.

1. All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
2. The fixed retail price of Nu-Prep ERX is RM 180 per bottle.
3. Subscription pricing follows the loyalty ladder structure described in Section 27.
4. Payments are processed via ChipIn. Accepted methods include FPX, credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), and selected e-wallets.
5. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, except for orders already confirmed.

An order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance. Jintian reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to verify payment or delivery details. In the event of cancellation after payment, a full refund will be issued.

27.1 Jintian offers two subscription structures:

Monthly Auto-Debit

Subscribers are billed monthly via auto-debit. Pricing follows the loyalty ladder below, which resets every six months:

Yearly Upfront

Customers may pay RM 1,540 upfront for 12 months of supply, inclusive of both free bottle reward months. The yearly upfront option is non-refundable. See Section 17.

Travel Mode - Subscription Pause

Subscribers may pause their subscription at any time via the subscriber dashboard. There is no maximum pause duration. Billing is suspended during the pause and resumes automatically at the restart date. Loyalty ladder progress is preserved during a pause. Paused months do not count toward free bottle cycle progression.

28.1 Jintian operates a 3-tier affiliate programme open to approved partners. Participation is subject to separate Affiliate Terms & Conditions. The key commercial terms are as follows:

28.2 Commission is calculated on the fixed retail price of RM 180 per bottle. Tier upgrades are automatic based on monthly sales. Commission payouts are processed on the 5th of each calendar month via ChipIn.

The Nu-Prep ERX name and the trademarks PHYSTA and BioKesum are the intellectual property of Biotropics Malaysia Berhad and are used by Jintian under licence. All other content on this website, including the Jintian brand name, logo, and marketing materials, is the property of Jintian Wellness Sdn. Bhd. and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jintian's liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order. Jintian shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Jintian shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, courier failures, regulatory changes, natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, or government action. We will notify you as soon as practicable and endeavour to fulfil obligations when circumstances allow.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before commencing legal proceedings.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
